Father’s Day 2018 – is Sunday , June 17th and at ERFRN we support community-based organizations that lift up and support fathers by providing programs and resources to help them develop the skills they need to be a successful and caring parent. A study by the National Fatherhood Initiative 24/7 Dad found that their program reduces the risk of child abuse and neglect. The NFI also provided a Father Friendly Check Up Worksheet that helps communities assess the needs of fatherhood friendly programs in their area. Read the full article here.
